VMR Bundaberg members vote to join MRQ

VMR Bundaberg members vote to join MRQVolunteer Marine Rescue (VMR) Bundaberg will join Marine Rescue Queensland (MRQ) in April after a unanimous vote from members to join the rescue service. 

The vote was held in conjunction with an MRQ Get Ready event where volunteers were assisted with membership applications, consent forms, Blue Card forms and uniform fittings and orders. 

Once transitioned, VMR Bundaberg will be known as MRQ Bundaberg. The MRQ team looks forward to welcoming another VMR unit to the family.
